Imminent can be used to describe a situation that has an imminent danger. Examples of Imminent danger include: the collapse of a building, the lapse of time, or the emergence of a falcon. While eminent is often confused with the word famous, these two words have different meanings. Although the two words share some similarities, they are not homophones and can never be swapped for the same meaning.

Imminent danger of collapse

An imminent danger of collapse is a situation in which a building or area is at risk of collapse. Such an event requires immediate action by a code official. It might be as simple as a tree leaning or the soil heaving. In some cases, the imminence of collapse is not only an immediate threat but can be the result of an unforeseen event.

However, the traditional view of the term is that it should only be applied when there is a significant impairment in the structure. Rather than merely a sudden fall-in, the structure must lose its shape and flatten into a pile of rubble. However, a gradual process may result in a building crumbling decades from now. The Court agrees with the carriers, stating that this construction of imminent danger renders coverage illusory.

The definition of a collapse in New York is a significant impairment of the structural integrity of a building. It does not mean that a building has actually fallen or been completely destroyed; it only means that it is no longer suitable for the current use it has. In other words, an imminent danger of collapse can occur when a building is standing on its own or part of it is collapsed.

Imminent danger of lapse of time

Imminent danger is a concept in physics that refers to a situation that can be dangerous. This term is used in situations where an individual may be in danger of causing damage to property or to someone’s health. It means that a certain event is imminent if it could occur within a certain amount of time. An example of this type of situation occurs in a mine. A man will tell everyone that he has been working in that mine for 40 years without any accidents, but then it becomes apparent that his roof is beginning to sink. Suddenly, the man has a much harder time believing in his own death.

In such cases, the employer must notify the employee, if applicable, of the impending danger and must remove them from the work environment. In addition, the employer should take reasonable abatement measures and give the employee a satisfactory assurance that the dangerous condition will remain abated. If the employer fails to provide the employee with adequate assurance, the employee can contest the violation of a health and safety regulation.

Imminent danger of a falcon

Imminent danger of a falcon can be perceived as a frightening experience. Though they may not harm humans, falcons are dangerous because of their long, sharp beaks, which are capable of tearing the spinal cords of prey. Even a lone falcon can be dangerous if it attacks a human, but larger falcons may pose a greater danger.

A falcon is a large bird of prey, and they can easily be seen soaring over the sky in search of food. They often live on ledges, and can be seen perched in many different places. They are found throughout much of the Middle East, Africa, and the Mediterranean.

Peregrine falcons are specialized hunters. They hunt songbirds, shorebirds, ducks, starlings, and pigeons. Peregrine falcons can reach speeds of 200 mph when diving. They also use a special notch in their bill to kill their prey on impact.

Fortunately, the peregrine falcon is not in immediate danger of extinction, though it is still under threat from eagles. The bird is classified as endangered in the U.S., but other populations of the species are doing better. There are several conservation projects underway for the bird.

Keeping the feathers of a falcon clean is important for its well-being. They must also avoid contact with human hand oils and other substances that can damage their feathers.

Imminent danger of a drinks trolley

If you have a drinks trolley at work or at home, you are probably aware of the danger it poses. The bottom two shelves are too shallow to hold sodas or bottles, and sudden stops could result in items falling off. It’s also lacking a rail so there’s a risk of sliding. While the trolley’s wheels have brakes, it’s best to be cautious and keep the drinks in your arms.

Imminent danger of communism

The Communist threat to the Free World appears to be concentrated on South-East Asia and the Western Hemisphere. However, International Communism is expanding its operations to the continent of Africa. The continent has seen the emergence of several less developed states and is currently facing the most serious danger from the Communist menace.

Throughout history, Communists have made many foolish mistakes. For example, during their “aid” programme, Russia delivered snow-ploughs to Guinea, only to have them sit idle in Conakry for three years. Another example of a silly mistake is the delivery of tens of thousands of lavatories to Guinea. The Russians also shipped millions of screwdrivers to the country. The pen holders were provided, but no nibs were included. And yet another dumb mistake is the offloading of tons of cement in the rainy season. When it rained, the cement sank and a huge concrete mass was left behind.

However, Communist thinking has been influencing Black elites in Africa. These leaders have adopted Communist ideology, giving them power and a false sense of importance. They are able to control the masses by enforcing their will through a centralized authority. Hence, the danger of communism is already in Africa.

As such, the threat of communism cannot be ignored. Westerners should maintain vigilance and do not relax our guard. If Communism wins a split in international communism, there is no reason to think it will not come to this continent.
