As a registered service provider, Pranzo was required to collect and charge the Sindh sales tax on the food and beverage they sell and must file a monthly Sindh sales tax return.
The SRB has initiated a campaign against non-compliance of tax laws. Non-compliance with these laws can result in a tax audit. Therefore, the service provider needs to be aware of the regulations and take the necessary steps to ensure compliance. If non-tax compliance occurs, the tax authorities will take action against the provider immediately.
