If you’re looking for an educational trip to Lahore, you should definitely visit the Army Museum. Here, you can learn about the war against terror and see various exhibits. For starters, there’s an exhibit on the Martyrs’ Memorial. You can also see portraits of the Quaid-i-Azam. Another interesting exhibit is the Rebirth of Nation.

Martyrs’ Memorial

The Army Museum Lahore is a military museum that documents the military history of Pakistan’s Army. Located on Lahore Cantonment land opposite the Lahore Airport, it houses the second largest collection of military objects in Pakistan. It has a moving display dedicated to the fallen soldiers of Pakistan’s army.

It is an experience that will require hours of viewing and comprehension. But despite its serious facts, it is an eye-opening lesson on Pakistan’s military. The Army is the nation’s greatest asset and a gift from the Almighty. In this case, the sacrifices made by the soldiers have been well-deserved.

The Martyrs’ Memorial is a remembrance of those who gave their lives for their country. The names of over 10,500 servicemen are on the memorial. It was inaugurated by the then President of India Dr APJ Abdul Kalam in August 2006.

The museum also features the Shuhuda Monument, a memorial to the brave men who died in the Indian Army in the 1971 Kargil war. It contains photographs of all 21 Param Vir Chakra recipients, as well as rolls of honour. You can also view a model of the Kargil War.

A unique architectural concept distinguishes the Martyrs’ Memorial from many other monuments. Its design comprises of three converging posts, representing the Air Force, Navy and Army. The monument is surrounded by granite walls inscribed with the names of the martyrs. The monument’s design was chosen after a nationwide design competition. The main structure and surrounding facilities were finished in 1982.

The museum’s archives gallery has several rare relics, including the aircraft that was used by the Quaid-e-Azam during the 1965 war. The museum also has a display of fighter aircraft models from around the world. The museum also features two special galleries dedicated to the heroes of the 1965 and 1971 wars.

The National Martyrs Memorial is located in Ferozepur, India. It commemorates the daring young trio who died in the battle for independence. This museum also displays a large number of war trophies and even an aircraft carrier scale model.

Portraits of the Quaid-i-Azam

The Army Museum Lahore documents the military history of the Pakistan Army. It opened in 2017 and is located on the land of the Lahore Cantonment opposite the city’s airport. It is the country’s second largest museum dedicated to military objects. Its permanent exhibition features portraits of the Quaid-i-Azazm, the nation’s first prime minister.

The Army museum in Lahore is a welcome addition to the provincial metropolis. It has a large, modern area and is the second of its kind in Pakistan after Rawalpindi. It celebrated its first anniversary last month, and is a welcome addition to the city’s museum culture.

The portraits on display in the museum’s Rebirth of a Nation gallery include life size portraits of the Quaid-i-Azm. The museum also features portraits of Lady Mountbatten and Lord Mountbatten, two influential leaders in the Pakistan Movement.

The museum also features exhibits that celebrate the diversity of Pakistan’s ethnic and religious landscape. The museum has many portraits of women who served in the army. Although they are not named, they are still women serving in the army. The museum also features a wall dedicated to the martyrs of Pakistan’s religious minorities.

Another part of the museum focuses on the history of Pakistan. It contains artifacts from the British era and a timeline of the Pakistan Movement. The museum also features videos and speeches by the Quaid-i-Azam. You can also view the first train to Lahore after partition.

In the early seventeenth century, the Bazaars in Lahore were booming, with many foreigners. The city was also known as the ‘City of Gardens’. In 1606 the Sikh Guru Arjan Dev was executed in Lahore, and he was buried in the city. In the twentieth century, Lahore was chosen as the capital of West Pakistan. The Minar-e-Pakistan was built in the city.

The Army museum in Lahore is an important venue for Pakistan’s history and culture. It holds many valuable artifacts, including the famous Portraits of the Quaid-i-Azam.

Rebirth of Nation exhibit

The Rebirth of Nation exhibit at the Army museum in Lahore is an excellent way to learn about the history of Pakistan and its army. The long gallery in the museum shows different aspects of the war on terror. The Pakistan Army, for example, has conducted operations in the Federally Administrated Tribal Areas (FATA), which has since been combined with the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It has also taken on other terrorist organizations in the past. Today, the Army is continuing operations against extremists.

The Army Museum is located near the new Lahore International Airport, and is spread out over a large area. It is the second of its kind in the country, after the one in Rawalpindi. The museum opened its doors to the public about a month ago, and is a much-needed addition to the few museums in provincial metropolises.

The Army Museum also features a lobby area, a timeline that explains the history of Pakistan. It contains information on the emergence of Pakistan on 14th August 1947, as well as other important events. Afterwards, visitors can tour the exhibit’s galleries and enjoy the museum’s collections.

Another exhibit at the Army Museum, Rebirth of Nation, shows the role played by British generals in the formation of Pakistan. The exhibit includes a clip of the 1947 constituent assembly, where Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah delivers his speech under the watchful eye of Lord Mountbatten.

While touring the Rebirth of Nation exhibit at the Army museum Lahore, you should also take time to learn about the Army’s role in the war on terror. There are many photographs of national leaders, women, and the army in action. You can also find information about the Pakistan Air Force and Navy and its unbeatable Somnath operation.
