As part of her MBA program, Ms Maleeha completed her work-wear garment industry internship at Midas Pakistan. In addition to her internship at Midas, she has also completed her FIT pilot and worked with SCORE. She is now looking forward to expanding her career and helping grow the company.

Ms Maleeha has done her MBA at the University of Central Punjab (UCP). She currently serves as a lecturer in marketing at UVAS Business School. Her professional experience spans several industries, including advertising. Before joining UVAS, she worked at MIDAS Pakistan, a leading advertising agency in Pakistan. She also has five years of teaching experience.
Ms Maleeha has rich experience in Banking and Finance. She has worked for 22 years in Singapore, Pakistan, and Turkey. She has worked on a variety of projects, including Housing schemes, Health & Education investment in Brunei, Agri-market infrastructure investment in France, and REITs.

The SCORE methodology is a set of tools designed to improve business performance. The SCORE workshop featured enterprise representatives who have used the methodology in the course of their business. The participants discussed their challenges and the lessons they learned during the process. The workshop also focused on the ILO Factory Improvement Toolset (FIT), a free tool for businesses that has been proven to reduce absenteeism by 10% or more. This tool was adapted for the Pakistani context and will be piloted in 25 enterprises in the city of Karachi by the EFP and the National Productivity Organisation.

Marium Mukhtiar, a Pakistani FIT pilot, was one of 20 female fighter pilots in the Pakistan Air Force. Women were first inducted into combat roles in 2006.
